Abstract

Training and development are important functions of human resource management that help improve employee skills, knowledge, productivity, and organizational performance. Effective training programs enable employees to adapt to technological changes, improve work efficiency, and achieve organizational goals. This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of training and development practices and their impact on employee performance, motivation, and job satisfaction.The study examines factors such as training methods, employee participation, skill enhancement, and training evaluation systems. Both primary and secondary data were used for the study. The findings reveal that effective training and development programs improve employee competency, communication skills, confidence, and overall organizational efficiency. The study concludes that continuous training and development practices are essential for employee growth and long-term organizational success
